1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

  • By shopping, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products, Services & Their Nature

  • Kara Crystals offers:

    • physical products (crystals, gemstone items, tools, accessories) — “Products”

    • energetic guidance, or related services — “Services”

  • Products are natural crystals/minerals; each piece is unique. Dimensions, colour, weight, and appearance may vary. As with similar crystal retailers, “photos are for illustrative purposes” when not explicitly stated “this is the exact item.”

  • Services — when offered — are for energetic support, not medical or therapeutic treatment. As with comparable crystal-healing shops, crystal uses are described as complementary and not guaranteed.

3. Disclaimers — Healing, Health & Limitations

  • Products and Services related to crystals or energy work are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice or treatment. This is standard across crystal vendors.

  • Any descriptions of healing properties, energetic benefits, guidance or spiritual support are offered on the basis of personal belief, anecdotal evidence, or traditional uses. Results vary widely, and no guarantee of outcome is made.

  • You accept full responsibility for your choices when purchasing or using Products or engaging in Services.

4. Ordering, Payment & Pricing

  • Orders may be placed through our website (or other sales channels if offered), and must be accompanied by full payment.

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€) (or as specified) and exclude import duties, taxes, customs fees — where applicable — for international customers.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues)

    • limit the quantity of Products sold per order or per customer

    • modify prices or product availability at any time, before accepting your order. This follows standard e-commerce practices seen in other crystal retailers.

  • Payment methods available will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products purchased will be dispatched to the address provided. Once handed over to a shipping carrier, responsibility for shipping delays, loss, or customs/import issues passes to the purchaser. This is common among crystal-based online stores.

  • You are responsible for any customs/import duties or taxes in your country.

  • If Products are lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery receipt, providing photos or evidence, to allow us to assess possible replacement or refund — subject to our policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Because crystals are natural, unique, and often hand-selected/polished, we treat each as a one-of-a-kind item. As is common in the crystal shop industry, we reserve the right to declare all sales final — i.e., no refunds — unless an item is defective, significantly damaged during shipping, or materially not as described.

  • For defective or damaged items: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. If approved, we may offer a refund or replacement.

  • Any crystals sold "as-is" or “naturally imperfect” due to mineral inclusions or natural formation conditions are sold with those properties as part of their value, and are not eligible for returns based on aesthetics. This aligns with policy examples from other crystal vendors.

7. Digital Products, Information & Energetic Content

  • If we offer digital content (e.g. guides, energetic cleansing instructions, courses) or spiritual guidance:

    • All sales are final — no refunds.

    • Content is for your personal use only; redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited.

  • Information about crystals, their uses or energetic guidance is provided for general interest and personal exploration. As with peer crystal shops, they should not be construed as medically or scientifically proven.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content — descriptions, text, images, design, brand names, logos — is owned by Kara Crystals (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright and/or trademark.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding (on your own website, blog, social media, etc.) without explicit written permission.

9. User Conduct & Prohibitions

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;

  • Violate intellectual property rights: copying, distributing, or reselling content without permission;

  • Transmit harmful code, malware, viruses, or otherwise impair the site’s functioning;

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if you violate these terms — as is common in online store policies.

  • All Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the quality, suitability or result of any Product or Service, including any claimed energetic or spiritual benefits — in line with standard practices among crystal-based retailers.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kara Crystals (and its owners, employees, affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages — including loss of profit, spiritual or emotional distress, or other damages — arising from your use of Products or Services.

  • Our total liability to you, in any case, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Products or Services in question.

11. Age & Minors

  • Our Products and Services are intended for adults (18+). If you are purchasing for a minor, you confirm you have parental/guardian permission.

  • Some crystal items (small stones, jewellery parts, accessories) may pose a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach of children.

  • Kara Crystals may update or revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.

  • It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for changes. Your continued use of the website or purchase of Products/Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
